Job Opening: Junior Robotics Engineer

  • Your focus will be on:

    • Diverse Technologies: Working with industry leaders like KUKA, ABB, and Panasonic, while also exploring innovative solutions with Chinese collaborative robots (cobots).
    • Development & Implementation: From programming robotic paths and simulations to integrating systems into full-scale production lines.
    • On-site Fieldwork: Travel is an essential part of the job (averaging 20% of your working time), giving you the chance to see your solutions come to life in real-world factories.
    • Learning by Doing: With the support of experienced mentors, you will quickly bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and leading technical project segments.
  • What we are looking for:

    • A degree in Engineering (EE, ME, Mechatronics, or related)—final-year students are also welcome to apply.
    • Basic understanding of robotics principles and a strong drive to master various programming platforms.
    • Readiness for field travel and site visits (up to 20% of the time).

Job Opening: Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager

  • Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Opportunity Hunting: Identifying potential clients in need of production modernization (CNC & Robotics).
    • Technical Sales: You don’t just sell a product; you sell a solution. You analyze client needs and, in collaboration with our engineers, propose the optimal system configuration.
    • Presentation & Demo: Showcasing the capabilities of Arpel machines and robotic systems at meetings and trade fairs.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, focusing on long-term partnerships.
    • Market Intelligence: Tracking Industry 4.0 trends and identifying new avenues for our product placement.
  • What We Expect:

    • Proven experience in industrial B2B sales (machinery, equipment, or industrial software).
    • Technical literacy – you don’t need to be a coder, but you must understand the value a CNC machine or a robot brings to the client.
    • Exceptional negotiation skills and a “business-first” mindset.
    • Proactivity – someone who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them.
    • Valid driver’s license (fieldwork is the heart of this position).
